Diplan Snow School is an officially recognized instructor team serving Niseko, Rusutsu and Kiroro. Founded by a team with 15 years of travel-industry experience and led by a Canadian CASI examiner and an Australian APSI Level 3 instructor, we support every part of your trip—from itineraries, accommodation and dining to your time on snow. Great lessons do more than teach technique: they help you find your rhythm and enjoy an unforgettable mountain journey with confidence.

We consider every detail from the guest's perspective: choosing the right instructor, understanding each learning goal, planning safe routes, and bringing professionalism, patience and enjoyment to every lesson.
持續進步的教練：融合加拿大、澳洲與日本滑雪教學體系，汲取不同系統的專業理念與技術精髓。我們堅持每日內部培訓，持續精進教學理論、滑行技術與教學方法，讓複雜的技巧變得簡單易懂，真正做到聽得懂、學得會、滑得好，讓每一堂課都學有所獲。
Our instructors draw on Canadian, Australian and Japanese teaching systems, combining the strongest ideas and techniques from each. Through daily internal training, we continuously refine our teaching knowledge, skiing and snowboarding skills, and coaching methods—making complex techniques easy to understand so every guest can learn clearly, progress confidently and get more from every lesson.
