Lesson details
全天課程
Full day
共6小時，包含1小時午休，實際上課時間5小時。午餐需自理，可選擇9:00～10:00之間開始。
6 hours including a 1-hour lunch break, with 5 hours of instruction. Lunch is not included. Start between 9:00 and 10:00.
半天課程
Half day
共3小時。上午班9:00開始，下午班13:00開始。留壽都及喜樂樂僅接受全天課程。
3 hours. Morning lessons start at 9:00 and afternoon lessons at 13:00. Rusutsu and Kiroro offer full-day lessons only.
夜場課程
Night lesson
共2小時，開始時間為16:30～17:00之間，實際開始時間以預約確認為準。
2 hours, starting between 16:30 and 17:00. The exact start time will be confirmed with your booking.

每組學員最多4人。如有超過4人或其他特殊需求，請事先諮詢客服。

課程費用不包含纜車票、雪具租賃及午餐等個人費用，請學員自行安排。

The school assigns instructors according to the guests' ability and lesson requirements. Additional fees apply when a specific instructor level is requested.
二世古地區可安排接送服務，每次預約加收 JPY 5,000。 實際接送地點及可否安排，請於預約時與客服確認。
Niseko-area pickup is available for an additional JPY 5,000. Pickup availability and location must be confirmed when booking.

單板
Snowboard等級 1：第一次滑雪
This is my first time snowboarding.
等級 2：可以穩定單邊推坡／落葉飄
I can confidently sideslip or do falling leaf on one edge.
等級 3：可以穩定前後刃落葉飄
I can confidently do falling leaf on both heel and toe edges.
等級 4：可以在初級道（綠線）連續換刃（S Turn）
I can link S-turns on beginner (green) runs.
等級 5：可以在中級道（紅／藍線）連續換刃（S Turn）
I can link S-turns on intermediate (red/blue) runs.
等級 6：可以在高級道（黑線）連續換刃（S Turn），已經開始練習小轉彎、未整雪區、蘑菇、粉雪、公園 Park 等進階技術
I can link S-turns on advanced (black) runs and have started practising advanced skills such as short turns, ungroomed terrain, moguls, powder and terrain park riding.

注意事項
Important information
- 雙板年齡要求：4歲，4-7歲的幼童，為安全起見僅接受1對1教學，8-12歲接受1對2教學。 65歲以上學員原則上不接受教學，除有滑雪經驗者經客服評估後方可進行教學。
- 單板年齡要求：6歲，6-7歲的幼童，為安全起見僅接受1對1教學，8-12歲接受1對2教學。 65歲以上學員原則上不接受教學，除有滑雪經驗者經客服評估後方可進行教學。
- 大人與小孩的教學方式和內容有所不同，建議大人與小孩分班授課。
- 為確保您的安全，如患有高血壓、心臟病、癲癇、哮喘等疾病，處於懷孕期間， 或有其他不適合進行滑雪及劇烈運動之健康狀況，請務必報名前如實告知。 基於安全考量，我們不建議上述情況者參加滑雪課程。
- 為兼顧教學品質與滑行安全，建議滑行程度相近的學員共同報名。 若同組學員程度差異較大，教練將基於安全考量，以程度較低的學員為主要教學進度安排課程， 可能影響程度較高學員的學習效率。
- 初學者半日或單日課程以體驗及基礎入門為主。 若希望系統性學習滑雪技巧，建立穩定的滑行基礎， 建議選擇3天以上的連續課程，以獲得更完整的學習效果。
- 單板與雙板課程無法同組進行，須分開報名。
- 報名後需支付全額確定預約。
